Among this year premieres, we find the Fame remake. I found a very complete web, where a new universe around the film was created, its name: Generation Fame
There you can meet the cast and the young 24-years-old director through their myspace profiles; you can join their Facebook group (with almost 10000 users now) and watch the trailer and download some wallpapers to your web. I was fond of the 80s TV series: Fame
Back then, we didn't have neither Facebook nor myspace, not even webs about the films,
the increasing popularity about series or Films was due to the word of mouth or the greater influence that the available TV channels have (the fewer channels to chose the fewer products to consume, also fewer leisure alternatives)
I am very curious about comparing tastes of that time and nowadays, considering the currently boom of related films an series. Which is your opinion about it?
I dont think that the films I found in the IMDb recommendations suit best to that film. Would you like to recommend any film of this style?
