III Festival Internacional de VideoPoesia 2008/ Internacional Videopoetry Festival 2008
VideoBardo, archivo de videopoesía, fundado en 1996, convoca a artistas a enviar obras para su III Festival de VideoPoesía Internacional 2008, a realizarse en forma itinerante en diversas ciudades del mundo a lo largo del año y con sede central en Buenos Aires a fines de Noviembre.

1. Se recibirán videopoesías de tematica libre y en cualquier idioma, sin limite de duración.
2. Los trabajos serán seleccionados por VideoBardo para su proyección durante las muestras y el festival y no habrá premios. Dado el carácter independiente de VideoBardo, éste no cuenta con medios financieros para pagar honorarios o gastos de envío a los artistas participantes. En caso de surgir alguna posibilidad de pago VideoBardo lo consultará oportunamente con el artista.
3. Una vez finalizado el Festival los videos no serán devueltos sino que pasarán a formar parte del archivo de VideoBardo para futuras muestras sin fines de lucro, tanto en Argentina como en otros países. El envio de las obras implica que los artistas autorizan la proyección de sus trabajos por los medios que VideoBardo considere para su difusión.
4. Los videos deben ser enviados en norma pal y en formato DVD.
5. LOs DVD deberán llevar escritos los siguientes datos: Título, nombre del artista, nacionalidad, mail, duración.
6. Se deberá acompañar la siguiente FICHA TECNICA

7. Se deberá acompañar un CD con una o mas fotografías del video.
8. Cada artista puede enviar más de un trabajo si así lo desea.
9. Las obras deben ser enviados por correo o entregadas personalmente a la siguiente dirección hasta el 30 de Julio 2008 inclusive, las obras recibidas con posterioridad pasaran a futuras muestras:

10. El envio del material implica la aceptación de estas bases y todo aspecto no contemplado en este reglamento será resuelto únicamente por VideoBardo.

VideoBardo, video poetry archive funded in 1996, opens its reception calls for audiovisual works to participate of its III International Festival of VideoPoetry 2008. The Festival will be held in different cities worldwide during the whole year, with its main location in Buenos Aires, Argentina during November.

1- Videopoetries can have a free subject matter, they can be done in any language and have no limit extension.
2- The works will be selected by VideoBardo for their further projection during the different exhibitions of the Festival. No awards will be granted. As VideoBardo is a self-promoted project it does not have the financial means to pay the artists for their works neither to pay postage. In case of arising some possibility of payment VideoBardo will consult it opportunely with each artist.
3- Once finished the Festival the videos will not be returned, but they will happen to form part of VideoBardo's file, for future exhibitions without ends of profit, both in Argentina and in other countries. By sending the videos the artists authorize their projection for any means that VideoBardo might consider appropriate.
4- The videos must be sent in pal norm and in DVD format.
5- The DVD’s must have written the following information: Title, name of the artist, nationality, mail, duration.
6- The following Technical Card must be completed and sent along with the video.

7- A CD with one or more photographies of the video must be sent together with the 2 copies.
8- Each artist can send more than one work if he/she wishes so.
9- The works can reach VideoBardo by post or be delivered personally to the following address until July 30, 2008, inclusive. The works received later will be exhibited in future Festivals.
